What binds us
Three commitments that are easy to break
Which is why we wrote them down. A value that costs nothing to apply is not a value.
We name the number
We do not say “large” or “many” or “notable”. Every claim carries a number or is deleted.
We say no
We turn down the project that is not worth it, and tell the client “your problem does not need a system”. Refusal is cheaper for both of us than a failed project.
We hand over the key
Whoever builds a system nobody else understands has sold a hostage, not a solution.
