Where we work
Four arenas, not one
We work in every direction. What breaks down for a citizen differs from what breaks inside a ministry — and the platform differs accordingly.
Individual & community
What broke in the ordinary day until people got used to it and stopped seeing it. The hardest arena, and the one with the most impact.
Government bodies
The service exists but does not arrive, or arrives after a struggle. Here the platform shortens the route; it does not create a new service.
Private sector & institutions
Operations that waste time and money, or a service that never reaches the people who need it.
Non-profit sector
Abundant intent and weak tools. The arena that needs technology most and gets the least of it.
Two modes
Two modes
An organisation brings us what breaks down for it, or we see it ourselves and begin before anyone asks.
On request — they come to us
An organisation that knows where things break asks for us. We assess, then build the platform, then hand it over ready to run.
On initiative — we see and begin
Something we see in the market that nobody asked to fix, so we build it at our own cost. This mode is what sets the company apart.
